When you first call us, our project consultant will contact you within 24 hours to talk about your remodeling needs. Once we have a general idea of what you want, we’ll request an in-home consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. Permitting Phase

Most major remodeling projects like kitchen or bathroom remodeling require certain permits before you can begin construction. This phase can take anywhere from a couple hours to a month, depending on the location of your home and complexity of the project. Construction

After all the pre-build requirements are done, we can begin with construction. We’ll set weekly meeting times where we can update you on the progress of the project and to give you a chance to ask questions and clarifications. This means that if there is any part of the project you are unsatisfied with, we can easily make the changes before moving on.

Project Close-Out

When the project is finished, we’ll create a punch list and review the final invoice with you. After that, we’ll conduct a walkt  hrough to ensure your satisfaction. If there is any incomplete work, it will be documented for future reference.
