Bringing You Project to a Succession Conclusion
At project close-out, the Legacy Design Build Remodeling team will come up with a punchlist of action items, then hold a final meeting and walk-through as part of your project for home renovation, or bath or kitchen remodeling in Phoenix AZ.
A few weeks prior to the completion of the project, our Project Superintendent will ask you to start putting together a punchlist – a list of items you feel need to be addressed before the project is complete. Then, a week or two beforehand, you will provide that punchlist, with items to be addressed before the official end to the project. Anything that hasn’t been done by the final meeting will be documented on the closeout form. At this time, we’ll go over the final invoice with you before we get together for our final meeting. This is the time to make sure everything is in order and all line items are correct as part of our services for remodeling and interior design in Scottsdale AZ.
The Final Meeting
The final meeting will include a gathering of the client, Project Consultant, Superintendent and VP of Production. A walkthrough will take place, with any incomplete or unsatisfactory work documented on the Project Closeout or Specialty Items Closeout forms. Those incomplete tasks will be addressed within a specific time frame that is agreeable to both parties. You’ll get the final invoice and provide the final payment. After this, the warranty becomes effective.
Now you can have fun showing off your new home to family and friends! This is the part we love the best: the satisfaction, happiness and wonder in our clients’ eyes. From a plan on paper to a dream made into reality, Legacy Design Build Remodeling is with you every step of the way for your bathroom or kitchen remodeling in Phoenix AZ.
