We kick off the building phase with a Pre-Construction Meeting, where we will determine the project start date. It is during this meeting that we will also determine if a regular weekly meeting will need to be held, depending on the size and needs of the project, a time will be chosen that is agreeable to everyone.

During construction, you will meet regularly with the Project Consultant and Superintendent to discuss the project progress and make sure everyone’s happy with how the plan is taking shape. Prior to the start date, a port-a-potty and trash dumpster will be placed at the site for efficient and safe trash removal as needed. In order to adequately protect your home and possessions, Mask & Protect will be performed prior to the start of demolition.

Throughout the building phase, the Project Superintendent will keep you updated with scheduled construction activities, progress and expectations.
