2013 Award For Residential Kitchen $40k – $80k
Although these clients originally desired simply to alleviate a bottleneck in the middle of the house, ultimately their project evolved into a full kitchen remodel.
2013 Award For Residential Bath Over $60k “Best Of Show”
This remodeling project was produced for a couple that had lived in their home for over 20 years. An existing stained glass window was the keystone for this high-end project. In fact, the two stained-glass dolphins were the inspiration for the water theme.

This remodeling project was completed for a young professional couple from Canada, who had purchased a vacation home. Their desire for a more contemporary look resulted in a redesigned home with clean lines, strong contrasts & bright accents.
2012 Award For Residential Bath Under $30k

2012 Award For Home Theater Under $150k
These clients rarely used their living room & wanted to create an area where they and their two teenage sons could entertain. They desired a home theater, dry bar and gaming center, & also hope to add a shuffleboard table.
2012 Award For Residential Kitchen Under $40k
This kitchen was showing its age—the fixtures, countertops & cabinetry were outdated. In addition, the lighting over the sink was inadequate; & the vent hood cover was an eyesore. The clients desired to have their kitchen completely remodeled and modernized.

This project was for previous clients who wanted their new kitchen to be as nice as the kitchen we remodeled in their previous home. They wanted a contemporary kitchen with more storage space, solid-surface countertops; while staying within their budget.
2011 Award For Residential Bath $30k – $60k
This contemporary master bathroom remodeling project was completed for previous clients that wanted a larger, more functional shower and an updated vanity area.
2011 Award For Residential Bath Over $60k, Including “Best Of Show”
This client was anxious to redefine his dream home, which included creating a relaxing, luxurious, master bath area that offered a country club atmosphere. While generous in size, the existing layout was fairly basic.
2011 Award For Residential Kitchen $40k-$80k
These clients are the original owners of a home built in the 1970s. Consequently, they were interested in updating their kitchen to increase storage, reduce the heat transmitted through windows; creating features for entertaining; and better accommodating their pets and granddaughter.
2011 Award For Residential Universal Design & National NARI Green Award
This project was for a retired couple who were recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. This design offered an accessible walk-in tub, shower, vanity, storage, and toilet. We also updated the lighting and added an energy-efficient, secure & easily operable window.
2010 Award For Entire House Over $1M & National Chrysalis Award
The owners of this home needed additional space & increased functionality but didn’t want to leave the area they loved. So they elected to do a full redesign and remodel, including their guest house, exterior landscaping and pool area.
2010 Award For Exterior Over $100k & Chrysalis Award

2010 Award For Residential Kitchen $80k – $120k
The existing galley-style kitchen in this home was extremely limiting for its young, busy family. We extended a gable roof-line over the existing patio & the kitchen now takes on a more lively, contemporary feel.
2010 Local NARI Contractor Of The Year Award, Chrysalis Award, & Master Design Award
These clients presented us with plans for a detached home office but were concerned the costs would exceed their budget. We later determined expansion of an unused bedroom would cut their costs dramatically, while providing an equivalent amount of additional space.

These clients were looking for a new bathroom remodel that would provide a Zen-like oasis in their home.
